Items must be returned in the condition they were received.

Tiffany was great with responding back, but when it was time to fixed thing or replace things that was missing not so well. There was not enough pots, or towels, there was trash left underneath the beds in the one of the kids rooms, 3 TV’s weren’t working. The pool wasn’t heated after we paid for it. The Rugs was nasty, there was broken glass in the pool area. The ice maker in the kitchen in both fridge didn’t work. Shower curtain had mildew and also cigarette burns in them. There was rugs in the kids room had torn rugs that the nails was sticking up which my granddaughter ended up having to go to urgent care. (That was not good) The worst part was all the door handles was broken off the bedroom doors and the switch button on the spa that wasn’t heated we paid for was broken so we had to go buy a tool to turn it. The house needs a lot of work.
The stay was amazing. We stayed here for our annual family vacation to Orlando. The house was beautiful. Looked exactly like the photos. Tiffany and her team were very flexible with our check in. Very responsive if we needed anything. I would highly recommend. The kids also love the property as well.
